Now, here’s a clever DIY couple costume idea… dress up as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! The best part is that all you need to do is make 2 pieces of bread and strap it to your back! Then one person wears all brown and one person wears all purple or red.  Personally, I’d be raspberry jam! Yum and cute!

A Penny filled pantry crafted up some awesome retro Halloween costumes for her kiddos. Kids these days have never even heard of a VHS! (Side note: VHS stands for Video Home System) I also love that she used simple cardboard boxes and spray paint to make these costumes.

Studio DIY crafted up this DIY Birthday cake costume out of cardboard, crepe paper, and Elmer’s glue! The candle headband is made out of card stock! What a cure costume idea for someone with a Halloween birthday! Oh and don’t forget to add sprinkles to your heels!

Here is a unique DIY adult Halloween costume… why not craft up a shrimp nigiri sushi roll costume complete with a ginger and wasabi headband. I love that she used an old foam mattress to make the shrimp part of the roll and packing peanuts glued together as a layer of rice. Genius! The DIY Studio whipped up this adorable kids DIY gumball machine costume! She used a vinyl shower curtain as the plastic pouch that covers the gum balls (or felt balls)! All you need for the DIY Pillsbury dough boy costume is a long sleeve white onesie and white pants and a chef hat! You could use any piece of white fabric to make a simple scarf. You can print the Pillsbury logo off of the internet and glue it onto a plain white chef hat! What a fun idea!

You are what you eat or uhh,.. drink, right?! Why not turn yourself into your favorite treat for Halloween. Making a DIY Starbucks costume is easy, all you need is a brown dress. You can add the Starbucks logo to it by printing it out and just safety pinning it on! A white boa and around the neck gives you the perfect whip cream and the hold ribbon mimics carmel, yum! Oh and of course you’ll need a green straw headband!
