Making a DIY Starbucks costume is easy, all you need is a simple brown dress.  You can add the Starbucks logo to it by printing it out and just safety pinning it on! A white boa and around the neck gives you the perfect whip cream and the gold ribbon mimics caramel, yum! Oh and of course you’ll need a green straw headband. To make the headband, roll up a peice of green construction paper and hot glue it to a headband.

Peta Hatton put together this super cute DIY jelly belly costume using water balloons (filled with air), a dry cleaners clear plastic bag and a Jelly Belly logo printed out and adhered to the bag.  You could pull this look off with all black clothing like she did or any other bright solid clothing items to coordinate with the balloon colors.  I love the simplicity of this but it’s so eye catching, fun and unique!

ADULTS: Vending Machine Costume

How fun is this box-tume idea? It’s a pop machine! Or Coke machine, depending on where you live. The DIY vending machine costume is made out of a single box with a hole cut in the top for your head and the center viewing your choice of beverage. Spray paint the box your favorite color and add “Drinks” to the top of the box. I love that watter bottle tops are used as the buttons to choose yoru beverage! ADULTS: Tic Tac Candy Costume

Did you know that Tic Tac was created in 1969 and they got there name from the ironic sound the plastic container makes when you pop the top of the container!

 All you need for this DIY Tic Tac candy costume is a vertical clear storage container, plastic easter eggs, and green duct tape. You’ll need a few basic supplies too, like white poster board to create the top of the container and a printer to print the Tic Tac label. The Tic Tac container slips easily on and off of his body with elastic straps. The Tic Tacs are Easter eggs covered in green duct tape! Who does not love Oreo cookies? The answer is no one! Double stuffed Oreo couple costume is sure to be hit at your next costume party. Best part? It is so easy to make and it is super comforatble. You need cardboard, black poster board and back permanent marker for the Oreo cookie necklaces. For the hair pieces, you will need a plain black plasti headbands and empty milk containers.

You will also need to eat a bag of Oreo’s while you make this costume. Mimicking the Oreo deign is crucial.

GROUPS: Super Fruit Costumes

Race season is upon us, and there are so many fun idea to dress up as a group! (Here are 25 more group costume ideas!) How about running as a group of Super Fruits including a super strawberry, orange, pineapple, blueberry, and a watermelon! They used felt and a hot glue gun to make fruit ponchos that just slip on over their heads. Genius! And did you notice the socks?!

Jamie whipped up DIY Crown and Coke costumes for her and her husband. She made a giant Crown Royal bag out of purple farbci and hand embroidered “Crown Royal” onto the bag. Kourtney and her friend crafted up this adorable Starbucks frappuchino and barista couples costume! The DIY barista costume is simple, just ask your local Starbucks for an apron and pick up a black visor! The DIY frappucnio is a little trickier. I’d use poster board to make the cylinder cup and beige felt to make the whip cream! The green straw could be made out of an empty paper towel holder! Need a super easy baby Halloween costume? Turn your baby into a carrot! All you need is an orange onesie, elastic and green tulle!  And the DIY carrot costume only involves about 5 hand stitches, to sew the elastic together! Oh don’t forget to make the “USDA organic” and “100% natural” stickers!
